Feeler Gauge Calibration

AMECaL is a Precision Calibration Laboratory specialised in Feeler Gauge Calibration Services. We have over 15 years of experience in working with measuring instruments. AMECaL is accredited with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc (PJLA). We are proud of that achievement, which is the highest award in the field of calibration. Our laboratory takes an active part in research and development process of new measuring tools and is equipped with high-end calibrators that cannot be found anywhere else.

The best instrument to measure gap widths is called a feeler gauge. It is commonly used tool in engineering to measure the clearance between two parts. It consist of many small lengths of steel (also known as leaves or blades) of different thicknesses with marked measurements (usually it is advisable to have two sets, one for imperial units and one for metric system).

It is recommended to perform professional calibration services of any measuring equipment every 6–12 months to ensure their proper working condition. AMECaL has internationally recognised accreditation that proves the best quality of our services.

Our company understands that every customer has custom requirements and that is why we offer two types of services to our clients. Any make or model of feeler gauge can be calibrated in accordance to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 international standard (ISO 17025 Feeler Gauge calibration) or the British National Standard (traceable Feeler Gauge calibration).

AMECaL is also a brand of professional electrical and environmental equipment that is used by experts all around the world.
