Flue Gas Analyser Calibration

AMECaL is a Precision Calibration Laboratory accredited with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by PJLA (Perry Johnson Laboratories). Our company was founded in 2004 and over the years we have gained the confidence and trust of thousands of our customers. Our experienced technicians take proper care of any electrical and environmental test equipment that gets to their hands. AMECaL also sells its own professional brand of test and measurement equipment.

Flue Gas Analysers are a portable test equipment used to monitor composition of flue gases of a heating unit (ex. boiler). Its task is to determine if there is proper ratio of oxygen and fuel in the gas itself. The result of a Flue Gas Analyser helps to find out if the analysed heating unit is able to achieve its full potential (maximum heat output).

Our laboratory can calibrate any make or model of Flue Gas Analyser to the British National Standards (traceable Flue Gas Analyser calibration) and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 international standard (ISO 17025 Flue Gas Analyser calibration).

Flue Gas Analysers should be calibrated every 6 – 12 months to ensure its accuracy and precision. It is advisable to use a calibration laboratory that has an internationally recognised ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation, like AMECaL.

Our company takes an active part in research and development process of new test and measure tools. We manufacture our own brand of test leads and optical equipment.

Our team of experts understand that every customer has custom requirements and that is why we are always open for custom quotes.
